GRI -- Graduate, REALTOR® Institute is a professional designation for those who have graduated from the REALTOR® Institute, also associated with the National Association of REALTORS®. Graduation from the program requires completion of more than ninety-hours(90) of course work and twelve (12) examinations on various aspects of the courses taken. On a national level only 19% of the 800,000 REALTORS® hold this prestigious designation.
